Instructions for printing from QWS3720 *DEFINE directly to PDF
Click on the QWS3270 to open the dialog box:
Select print setup:
Select Adobe PDF for the printer, then select properties:
Select Black & White in Paper/Quality tab:
Navigate to the voucher ID in *DEFINE then press the PrtScn Key on your keyboard:
Click the file location on your toolbar and save
The PRT screen cover page will open in Adobe PDF. Insert additional documentation pages as needed.
