Document Management

University employees create and share electronic university records, or e-records, every day. Just like all other university records, e-records are subject to federal and state laws and university policy.  But e-records and information poses unique challenges.

The university is developing tools and resource services to assist units in the management of electronic university records and information. These tools will empower units to comply with university policy, as well as Federal and State law pertaining to the management of state records.
